Work Order History
The Work Order History screen allows the user to view the work orders that have been run against the system, including releases, urgent fixes and scripts. This history can be used to determine when work orders were installed, who installed them, and also processes affected by the work order.
Depending on the Work Order, the following tabs of information may be displayed.
General
The General tab displays information on the number and description of the work order, the classification, the release version, the date and time the work order was installed, the status of the work order, and who installed it.
Classification: The type of work order installed, such as release, service pack, urgent fix, or other.
Code: The identification code of the work order.
Description: The description label of the work order.
Installed: The date the work order was installed.
Installed By: The name of the person who ran the installation of the work order.
Parent Work Order Code: The identification code of the original work order, if applicable, used when searching for a related work order code.
Release Version: The assigned release number of Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling. You can find the release version in .
Status: Indicates the current status of the work order, such as downloaded, installing, installed, or invalid.
Script
The Script tab displays the date and time the scripts were executed, the numeric sequence, and description of the scripts.
Description: The description label of the work order.
Installed: The date the work order was installed.
Sequence Number: Number indicating the order that this work order should be installed relative to other work orders for this release.
When Executed: The date and time the work order was installed.
